Project:
Fighting violence against children to ensure education for all
This three-year project is funded by the Millenium Fund of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The project will tackle Violence Against Children in the home, the school and the community in Nairobi (East and West) and Kwale District. The partners in this project are Plan Netherlands, Plan Kenya Country Office, Plan Nairobi, Plan Kwale, Childline Kenya, Child Helpline International, IREWOC, Defence for Children and ICDI. There was a Kick Off meeting in April 2009. ICDI looks forward to working closely with all the partners, to learn from eachother and to share experiences.
