workshop in Sofia

The Free and Democratic Bulgaria Foundation and ICDI will organize a workshop in Sofia on Friday 7 October on policy issues pertaining to children living in institutions. Marijne van Houweling (Netherlands Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport), Marianne Harten (Cardea, Youth Care Organization) and Leo van de Kerkhof (formerly with VNG, Netherlands Society of Municipalities) will also attend.
