Saleem Malik from Pakistan is in our midst

Our partnership programme has given us the opportunity to invite Saleem Malik from Pakistan to stay at ICDI between 10 and 23 February. Saleem Malik is director of Bedari-working with women and children for their human rights.
He is in the Netherlands to discuss the plight of women and children in Pakistan. In particular, he is working on a project that aims to bring a large group of girls through secondary education. Bedari believes that education is a strong tool to empower women in Pakistan. For more info please contact the ICDI office or look at www.bedari.org.pk
