MOSCOW and the World Bank

Nico van Oudenhoven was one of the presenters at a two-day seminar on ‘Early Childhood Care: Effective Models and Policies’ organized by The World Bank, UNESCO and UNICEF in Moscow on 25-26 March. Some 50 leading national and international educational specialists participated in the event. Nico spoke the triad ‘informal –nonformal and formal ECD’ and how these were interlinked and could positively reinforce each other.
