Kick off Newly Emerging Needs of children project in Romania, February 2009

This two-year project seeks to promote a response policy in these countries to the newly emerging needs and opportunities of their children and youth. Experts from both countries will be involved in setting up this response mechanism that will hopefully contribute to improving the overall position and well-being of the children.
