ICDI Partnership Program Results

We are glad to announce that our Partnership Program has been completed succesfully, with our friends from Slovakia, Macedonia and Romania have visited our office.
The objectives of the program were to:
* intensify the cooperation with our partners, to prepare joint activities and to benefit from synergies in development of collaborative ‘products; and equally important
* create an opportunity for mutual learning, capacity building and professional development of our and our partners’ staff.
The ICDI Partnership Program centers on series of short-term working visits; the majority of which will be hosted by ICDI, but visits by ICDI staff to its partners are also envisaged. Each of these visits will have a developmental and a learning element.
The developmental element will result in a concrete product: project proposal, outline of a training course, research report, or publication. The learning element will take the form of tailor made personal coaching, career development, and accessing new networks.
Susanna K. from Macedonia, Ionut S. from Romania, Ianko H, Eva D. and Tana P. from Slovakia stayed here as participants of the Partnership programme. Various visits to organisations in the Netherlands and Brussels have taken place.
We are now actively seeking sponsors for our new ideas and initiatives.
