Nico participated in a snowy Ankara to start the ECD diploma course for young Turkish mid-career professionals. This project, financed by the Bernard van Leer Foundation, is carried out by the Netherlands Institute of Higher Education in Ankara (NIHA) with inputs by Sardes and ICDI.
