20 September Launch of Cyprus Network for Youth Development

The Cyprus Network for Youth Development is organizing its official launch on Saturday, September 20, 5.00 pm at Ledra Palace in the UN bufferzone in Nicosia. The network is bringing together organizations and people from all over Cyprus who are actively promoting the development of children.
The network is initiated by the Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot organizations that implement multicultural youth summer camps on the island. The European University Cyprus and the Mediation Association, together with International Child Development Initiatives (ICDI) provide organizational assistance to the network, whereas the United Nations Development Programme, Action for Cooperation and Trust is funding the initiative.
The network involves the following twelve organizations from all over Cyprus: ADD-ADHD Cyprus, Doves Olympic Movement, Environmental Studies Center, E.U.C. Research Center Ltd, Famagusta Scouts, Frederick Research, Future Worlds Center, HASDER, Kayad Community Center, Mediation Association, Peace Players International, and Soma Akriton.
