My academic background is in language and culture of Japan but my carrier path has taken me away from Japan. Prior to joining ICDI I worked for a number of commercial organizations. I specialized in project management of meetings and events and then made a switch to financial and HR management.
I have developed organizational and logistical skills as well as great interest in HR management.
A move from commercial to non-profit world has been my dream for a long time. I am very happy to be offered this opportunity to apply my skills and knowledge in this new environment.
